Joel Busby, Director & MBCC College Pastor 

After serving as Discipleship Staff at UCF for two and a half years, Joel came to lead UCF as our Director in the summer of 2011. He will receive his MDiv from Beeson Divinity School in December and also has an MA in Ministry through John Brown University and the Kanakuk Institute. He and his wife, Mandy (an accomplished photographer in town), also lead the stateside operations of The Haiti Nutrition Project.
